Import/Export Licenses Online

The e-Gov project is publishing tender for the development of software applicaion for Import/Export Licenes Online

The e-Gov Project shall together with Customs Office, develop and implement software application for the companies or any other entities requesting import/export licenses. The system will also cover application and granting of possible quotas allocated on "first come, first served" basis. All institutions issuing licenses and/or quotas will be integrated into the system.

The application shall be centralized and both the companies and the granting institutions can access it through a single point. The Customs Office centrally and at all branch offices and border crossings will be able to access the database containing all granted licenses and/or quotas. The reengineered process will not only save time, but also be fair and transparent without any "extra" cost to be paid anywhere for the service.

All interested bidders should take a note that the tender documents consist of the Invitation to Submit Bids and a System Description.

In adittion to this two documents, you can find other two forms requested to be submited as the company registration , company reference templates and draft contract. All documents are also posted buder the Documents section of this web site.

Time table of activities is following:

Date of issue: Thursday, 12th July 2007

Clarification meeting with potential bidders: Tuesday, 31st July 2007 at 15:00 local time

End of period for questions: Wednesday, 1st August 2007 at 15:00 local time

End of tender period: Monday, 27th August 2007 at 15:00 local time

Following deadline for submitting tender documents, the e-Gov Project has received 7 bids for the deveopment of the software application for the import/export licenses online.

After reviewing and evaluating all 7 bids, e-Gov Project decided to sign the contract with ULATRA.

Important notifications for bidders:

Please read and carefully study the formal requirements before submitting the offer. Submissions that will not meet the formal requirements shall not be taken into consideration at the evaluation phase.

Only questions submitted on line to: info (at) eGov dot org dot mk (replace words with relevant simbols) can be answered. No discussion with any staff member of the Team, or the Parnter insitution identified in the request for proposal document, is allowed in order to clarify any issues related to the tender.
