- Decreased number of dissatisfied transporters and lodged complaints
- No possibility for truckers to cheat.

Status
At a public event held 19th November 2006 the licenses for 2007 were distributed by the system in front of all truckers. The distribution was hailed as a great success in creating a fair distribution of the licenses. However, for those licenses the truckers still had to apply in paper form.

By adding the module for applying online, and making use of this system mandatory, in October 2007 3400 transport companies were provided with their accounts. Total of 936 companies used the system to apply for their 2008 licensees. All provided information was checked by the system against the relevant data bases of various public institutions. The process was closed with the electronic distribution.
